Ordering & Payment
Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply select your product, size, and click “Add to Cart.” Follow the checkout process and pay securely via UPI, Credit/Debit Card, or Netbanking.
Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
A: Since our pieces are made in small batches, orders can only be modified or canceled within 2 hours of placing them. Please WhatsApp us immediately.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Netbanking, and Wallets. COD is available for select pin codes with a ₹75 extra charge.

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Orders are shipped within 3-5 working days. Delivery takes 2–5 working days depending on your location

At Colorful Monochrome, every piece is made with care and intention—stitched slowly, embroidered by hand, and packed with love.
We understand that sometimes, things may not fit or feel right. That’s why we offer an easy 7-day window for exchanges and store credit
✅What you Can Exchange
We accept size exchanges or offer store credit for items that are:
• Unworn and unused
• In original packaging with tags intact
• Returned within 7 days of delivery
🚫What we Cannot Accept
We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for:
Custom-sized or altered garments
• Sale or discounted items
• Products damaged due to use or washing
• Minor variations (as each piece is hand-embroidered)
💳Store Credit Details
• Issued as a digital coupon code, valid for 12 months
• Can be used across any collection or drop
• Non-refundable once issued
📦How to Initiate a Refund
• Contact us via WhatsApp or email at @cm.brandstudio@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order
• We’ll arrange a reverse pickup (charges apply: ₹150) OR you may self-ship
• Once the item is inspected and approved, your credit or exchange will be processed within 7 working days
