We understand that sometimes, things may not fit or feel right. That’s why we offer an easy 7-day window for exchanges and store credit.

We accept size exchanges or offer store credit for items that are:

• Unworn and unused

• In original packaging with tags intact

• Returned within 7 days of delivery

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

• Custom-sized or altered garments

• Sale or discounted items

• Products damaged due to use or washing

• Minor variations (as each piece is hand-embroidered)

• Issued as a digital coupon code, valid for 12 months

• Can be used across any collection or drop

• Non-refundable once issued
